Multi-Unit Franchise Partner Opens New Location in Grand Parkway Marketplace

SPRING, TX  – Russo’s New York Pizzeria, the only authentic New York-style, Italian restaurant and pizzeria franchise concept, is now open at Grand Parkway Marketplace. The newest location adds to the brand’s growing momentum of 48 locations worldwide.

“With new developments and houses popping up along the 99 thoroughfare we saw a need for offering a fresh, made-from-scratch dining option in this popular shopping destination. As a long-time resident of the North Houston community, we look forward to serving guests in this new part of town and expanding our support in the community through our businesses.” said Guillermo Medellin, franchise owner of now four Russo’s locations in the North Houston-area.

Blending the simplicity of a pizzeria with the freshness of an upscale Italian restaurant, Russo’s delivers a chef-driven dining experience in a fast-casual setting. At 2,200 square-feet, this Spring location offers a new and unique interior layout with an open-kitchen anchored by an impressive brick oven that can cook up to 16 pizzas at one time.

Russo’s welcomes the Spring and Tomball communities to the ceremonial ribbon cutting and official grand opening event will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 28, 2018. Russo’s will be celebrating the momentous occasion by offering the community a free one-topping giant slice of pizza from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28 and Thursday, November 29, 2018 (limit one per customer, dine-in and take out only, additional toppings extra). The location will also be hosting a charity night from 4 pm – 8 pm, Tuesday, December 4  th  where 20% of proceeds will be donated to  The Pure Mutts Animal Sanctuary.

Following the family mantra “If it isn’t fresh, don’t serve it!” Russo’s delivers an expansive menu that blends generations of family recipes with fresh, seasonal ingredients and authentic Italian imports like Pecorino Romano cheese from Emilia Romagna, Italy; aged-balsamic vinegar from a centuries-old vineyard in Italy; and extra virgin olive oil from Partanna, Italy.

Russo’s is passionate about menu innovation. Russo’s New York Pizzeria in Spring is located at 6633 Spring Stuebner within the Grand Parkway Marketplace.
