• Open the Local by Toast App.
• Select your Russo’s New York Pizzeria location. Tip: Use the Explore tool on the bottom menu bar to find a specific restaurant!
• If your account is synced, your point total appears under the restaurant name and photo — tap the box to view your balance.
• Your Rewards account page will show your points history. Scroll down to manage linked cards via “Manage linked credit cards.”

Note: Deleted cards cannot be re-linked.

• To show your loyalty QR code, tap “Show Digital Loyalty Card” under “Ways to Redeem.” The number below can also be used for inquiries at the restaurant or with Toast support.

• Birthday rewards can be redeemed in person, online at the restaurant’s ordering site (where available), or via the Local by Toast app (iOS only).
• Expiration varies by restaurant — some rewards are valid only on your birthday, while others may last a week or a month.

Eligibility:

• Your birthday must be entered in your Russo’s Rewards account.
• You must meet the restaurant’s specific eligibility requirements.

Restaurant Control:

• Each Russo’s location decides whether they offer a birthday reward, its value, how it can be redeemed, and the redemption period.

Yes! Points are earned on delivery only when ordered directly through the Russo’s app or website. Third-party delivery apps do not earn Rewards points.

If points weren’t applied, please contact the Russo’s location directly. Each restaurant manages its own Rewards program, so only the restaurant can review or adjust points.
