Cashier / Delivery Driver

Our Cashiers and Delivery Drivers are the face of Russo's. You're often the first point of contact for out guests, which means you set the tone for the entire experience–whether it's at the counter of at the customer's door.

Cashiers deliver friendly, knowledgeable service inside the restaurant, while Delivery Drivers take that same great experience on the road. We deliver more than pizza–our average ticket is higher than our competitors, which means our drivers can earn $20/hour or more with tips.

Qualifications:

• Greet every guest with professionalism and a genuine service attitude
• Maintain strong menu knowledge and communicate current promotions
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Suggest menu items and upsell when appropriate
• Deliver orders promptly with excellent customer service (Drivers)
• Handle cash, count back change, and operate the register accurately
• Work with urgency while supporting the team wherever needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

What we're looking for:

• At least 6 months of customer-facing experience
• Strong guest service and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills and ability to count back change
• Comfortable speaking, reading, and writing basic English
• Positive, outgoing personality with a service-first mindset
• Professional appearance in line with uniform standards
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly
• Team player willing to cross-train in other areas
• Ability to stand or walk 6–8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation (required for drivers)
