There’s a Russo’s Franchise Concept Built for Everyone

February 14, 2023

Some critics of franchise businesses complain about how franchisees don’t always have much say-so over how to design their business. However, at Russo’s New York Style Pizzeria, this is far from the truth.

Did you know we offer three different design concepts for those who want to start a franchise pizzeria with us? We’d like to explain what we mean by that and how you can develop an authentic Italian-style pizzeria suitable for your career ambitions and community needs.

Three Franchise Options: Delivery-Focus, Casual Dining, and Full-Service

Delivery/Takeout Oriented Pizzerias

This is the smallest franchise version we offer, with the lowest investment costs, lowest continuous overhead, and plenty of opportunity for consistent cash flow. While there’s still a modest indoor/outdoor dining component, the primary emphasis involves delivery and takeout service, which is immensely lucrative these days. Our reliable restaurant-specific POS ordering systems allow us to satisfy demand as global diners continue to prefer convenient ways to take their meals home with them without long waits.

This is also a terrific model if you prefer fewer employees to manage, a smaller facility (no more than 1,800 square feet), and lower rents.

Casual Dining Pizzerias

At the “fast casual” level, the restaurants are significantly larger (2,000 to 2,500 square feet), and you would offer a broader range of items. These are the stores you’d find in shopping centers or malls, allowing you to capitalize on all the surrounding foot traffic. Even at this level, you still don’t require nearly as much staff as a full-service restaurant.

Coal-Fired Pizza & Italian Kitchen (Full Service)

Then, if you’re ready to establish a larger-scale pizzeria, then this franchise design has all the amenities of a premium sit-down Italian restaurant. These are large (up to 3,900 square feet), free-standing restaurants, which include coal-fired pizza ovens as part of an optimal dining experience. Although this requires a higher startup investment than the other two options, it’s the best way to provide the all-around service you’d expect from an exquisite Italian restaurant. Here, you have all the fine dining services like wine bars, craft beer, and we even allow patrons to observe how we make pizza for them.

Do you see a pizzeria franchise system that fits your goals and dreams as a business owner? If so, then we can’t wait to explore one or more possibilities with you. We believe that our franchise pizzeria system can work in virtually any location around the world. It’s just a matter of having a motivated entrepreneur to initiate this outstanding investment.
