Russo’s New York Pizzeria Opens Second Austin Restaurant

November 7, 2017

One of Austin’s most highly anticipated restaurant openings of the year, Russo’s New York Pizzeria, opened mid-September at The Arboretum at 10721 Research Boulevard in Austin.

“Russo’s is an admired name in the restaurant industry,” said Amin Esar, local restaurateur and owner of the new Russo’s New York Pizzeria. “Every dish on our menu, whether it’s pizza, calzones or pasta, is handcrafted and made with fresh ingredients. You’d be hard-pressed to find this authenticity anywhere else in the area and I can’t wait to bring it to the community – Benvenuto, Austin!”

With nearly 20 years of restaurant operating experience under his belt, Esar is happiest when on the restaurant floor visiting with guests. Esar’s work in the industry, solid financial base, ties to the community and customer relationships make him an ideal member of the Russo’s franchise network.

Austin’s new Russo’s New York Pizzeria, which joins the Pflugerville location in the Austin market, is open for lunch and dinner with an extensive catering menu available. The traditional and inviting restaurant features a full menu of authentic New York-style pizza and Italian dishes. The restaurant blends the freshness of fine ingredients with the magic created around a handcrafted Italian meal.

As a Russo’s franchisee like Amin, you’ll benefit from three decades of success. During that time, we’ve fine-tuned our business – from P.O.S. systems, to training, to management structure, to marketing, to culinary research…and more. So you start out with three decades of experience at your back. You don’t have to worry about getting all the systems in place. You just have to run your business.
