March 28, 2018

You’re invited to meet Chef Anthony Russo, the creative culinary mind, founder and CEO of chef-driven concepts Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Russo’s Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen, at the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) Convention & Trade Show.

Chef Anthony Russo will be meeting with interested and qualified investors while at the AAHOA Convention & Trade Show (Booth 788).

  • The event will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland from March 27-30.

Prospective franchisees are welcome to sample Russo’s Italian cuisines and learn a bit more about Russo’s three compelling franchise models: Russo’s New York Pizzeria, Russo’s Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen and Russo’s Next Generation Pizza & Italian. These adaptable models have the flexibility to be added to hotels as a value-add for savvy hotel owners.

Especially attractive to investors looking to add value to their hotels is the full-service Russo’s Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen concept. Upscale and chic, the restaurant’s dark wood interior and large coal-fired oven lend a cozy, classy feel for customers to enjoy a glass of wine and an authentic Italian meal.

The time is now to grab your very own slice of the $45 billion pizza industry. According to  PMQ  , both the US and worldwide pizza markets have grown from 2016 to 2017, with even more growth projected in 2018. Even better, the  study  found that average unit sales are on the rise as well, making it a great time to invest in a pizza franchise such as Russo’s.

Russo’s Restaurants have garnered a cult-like following for its truly authentic and delicious Italian dishes made from the freshest ingredients, and its New York-style pizza. The restaurants blend premium recipes with the freshest ingredients that are all natural with no preservatives, no additives and zero trans-fats. Chef Russo’s family promise, “If it isn’t fresh, don’t serve it!” is the mantra of each and every franchisee who has been certified and mastered the Russo’s brand operating criteria.
