Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Italian Kitchen has a rich history. The brand was originally founded by Anthony Russo , the son of first-generation Italian immigrants. Growing up in a New Jersey home where the kitchen was the center of family life, Anthony developed a deep love for food and family traditions.

At just 18 years old, Anthony opened his first pizza restaurant, Russo’s Pizza. Seven years later, he introduced his first Russo’s New York Pizzeria in Houston , and the rest is history. Recognizing the potential to share his family’s culinary heritage with the world, Anthony expanded his business in 1999, creating a unique franchise model. This model allowed him to pass on the Russo family’s trade secrets and recipes, which are now being enjoyed in global markets.

Today, Russo’s New York Pizzeria and Italian Kitchen boasts over 50 locations across the United States and the Middle East, including Qatar, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines. With branches in states like Texas, California, Florida, and Oklahoma, Russo’s has become a household name for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine around the world.

The story doesn’t end here. The Russo brand has ambitious plans for the future, with more than 26 new pizzeria restaurants in development for 2023 and 2024, promising to bring the flavors of Italy to even more communities.
