What do I need to do in order to become a New York Pizzeria Franchisee

First of all, please be sure to read all of the information located within the New York Pizzeria Franchise website.
If you believe you meet New York Pizzeria’s minimum requirements and would like to become a part of the TEAM, please proceed to the next step.

Complete the On-Line Application
A representative from New York Pizzeria, Inc. will review your application and contact you to discuss.

Submit a Business Development Plan to New York Pizzeria.
This plan should include a resume and personal financial statement for each member of your group, as well as your plan on how you would build out the market under consideration.

Where required, an FOC (Franchise Offering Circular) will be sent to you for your review. We encourage you to contact some existing New York Pizzeria franchisees to discuss sales volumes, operations, profit margins, etc. (FOC disclosure is not required for all International markets.)

Interview/Guest Visit
A representative from New York Pizzeria, Inc. will schedule an interview for you visit our corporate location in Houston, TX.  During this visit you will have the opportunity to get an overview of the New York Pizzeria systems as well as visit several New York Pizzeria restaurants.  At this time, we may also determine if a visit to your market will be needed in order to further evaluate our decision.  The potential franchisee will be responsible for any out of pocket travel expenses occurred while traveling abroad.  If a multi-unit agreement is executed, then the out of pocket travel expenses will be applied to the franchise fee.

Enter into an Agreement
Once approved, you will work with our franchising TEAM to sign your Franchise or Area Development Agreement.
